About Me
Thanks for visiting my page! Make sure to check back frequenly, as the site is undergoing rapid development. My background can be generally described as quantitative sciences, probably because I couldn't choose between math, business, biology, physics, or chemistry. If a question can be answered using data and a bit of creative thought, I will find it interesting.
Towards the end of my PhD, I realized I enjoyed applying programmatic analytical techniques to solve problems. To pursue this as a career, I accepted an offer to join a start-up data science program. This was an excellent opportunity to broaden my data science skill-set, particularly with machine learning.
I am passionate about delving into new fields of study, and identifying patterns in data to empower business, science, and everyday thought. My specialties include linear and non-linear regression techniques with global (shared) parameters. When I am not mathematically modeling something, you can most likely find me loving dogs (especially Pit mixes and Labradors), playing beach volleyball, or playing guitar.
The short story? I'm left-handed, have a 200 bowling average, and am a Python enthusiast. Good insight stems from asking the right questions. If you have problems in need of data analysis, feel free to contact me to discuss. Cheers!
